Delhi Stamp Duty & Registration Calculator

Delhi charges stamp duty at 6% for male buyers and 4% for female buyers, plus a 1% registration fee, on the higher of the agreement value or circle rate.

Joint ownership between a male and female buyer is typically charged at an intermediate 5% rate. The registration fee is calculated separately as 1% of the property value.
