यह क्या है
Rajasthan charges stamp duty at 6% for male buyers and 5% for female buyers (or joint ownership), plus a 1% registration fee. The rates cover all cities in Rajasthan including Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, and Ajmer.
यह कैसे काम करता है
Stamp duty is calculated as a flat percentage of the property's DLC (District Level Committee) rate or the transaction value, whichever is higher. The 1% registration fee is applied separately. Rajasthan reduced its stamp duty in Budget 2022-23, making it more affordable than many other states.
गणना पद्धति
This calculator applies Rajasthan's flat stamp duty rate (6% male / 5% female or joint) plus the 1% registration fee to the property value you enter, as published by IGRS Rajasthan (epanjiyan.raj.nic.in).
छूट और राहत
Female buyers and joint owners (where at least one is female) pay 5% instead of 6%, saving 1 percentage point. Some rural and agricultural transactions may attract different rates — consult your local sub-registrar.
